Rajasthan Assembly Election Results 2018, LIVE UPDATES: Trends show Congress's lead in the majority of seats, while BJP which is fighting anti-incumbency to retain power in the desert state is trailing far behind it. Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje accepted the mandate of people and submitted her resignation to the Governor on Tuesday night, as trends indicated Congress' comeback in the state. Counting of votes for the Rajasthan assembly elections began where about 20,000 employees started the work from 8 a.m. Rajasthan has a tradition of alternating between Congress and BJP every five years. The counting of votes is being conducted at 35 centers in the state including two centers each in Jaipur and Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
