The issue is a combination of fresh equity sale worth Rs 93.47 crore and an OFS of 20 lakh shares. The IPO, through a book-built issue, is aiming to raise ₹160.47 crore from the stock market. The company has set the price band for the issue at ₹319 to ₹335 per share for the shares with a face value of ₹10 per share and a lot size of 400 shares per lot. Retail investors require a minimum investment of ₹1,34,000, and HNIs require a minimum investment of 2 lots (800 shares), amounting to ₹2,68,000.
